February 26 , 2015 Every week I exercise 4 times for 2 hours. I walk for 1 hour or less and then jog the rest. I normally walk and jog for 8 - 9 kilometres. I really enjoy doing this because its good for me and my body. When i jog it makes me feel good from the inside. I have a goal to reach by the end of the month and that is to be able to jog have of the distance. I also like doing this because i enjoy it. Here is a picture of me after i finished.
